Split Front Fun Fold Card - Combine Old With New - Stamping With Friends Blog Hop

Do You Like Scallops?

Have you ever used a scallop background element? Well the new SCALLOPED BLOOMS dies have so many sizes that you are going to LOVE! I decided to use the next to the largest scallop circle with the old BEAUTIFUL GALLERY DSP paired with the new Crisp Cantaloupe & Barely Blush In Color cardstock.

However, I picked up the colors from the DSP and used Calypso Coral & Petal Pink ink to stamp my flowers from the BOUTIQUE BLOOMS stamp set. Then I added die cut leaves from the BOUTIQUE BLOOMS dies to go with the stamped and die cut flowers in the new Peaceful Pine In Color cardstock. The "Happy Birthday" sentiment is from the SCALLOPED BLOOMS stamp set and is inked in the Pecan Pie color. Then the new 2026-2028 IN COLOR DOTS were added in the Golden Glow color. The blending of the old and new colors looks great together!
