Ornamental Christmas Bundle and Modern Christmas DSP - Crafty Challenge - Card Sketch

Do You Sketch Before You Make A Card?

I don't generally sketch out my cards before I start creating, but I do love a challenge from sketches others have created! How well do you think I did? Can you spot any changes or additions in my interpretation? 

Because I used a Basic White Thick cardstock for my card base, I thought it needed a little texture in the background. I chose the FOREVER PLAID 3D embossing folder. Do you like a textured background? I also chose the MODERN CHRISTMAS Specialty DSP with it's touches of gold and the coordinating ORNAMENTAL CHRISTMAS Bundle paired with Gold Foil, Old Olive and Cherry Cobbler.
